YATC on the Move

Program Description

YATC on the Move provides young adults with disabilities an opportunity to engage in physical activity and build a healthier and more active lifestyle. The program is designed to encourage healthy habits through the teaching of basic wellness information. Topics include: exercise, nutrition, self-esteem, first aid, and preventing colds and diseases.

Time and Location will vary.

There is no cost for YATC on the Move.
